Please allow 4-6 weeks for the plate to be made. I will ship as soon as the plate is complete.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

Refunds and Exchanges

My item comes with an 7 day exchange guarantee if I have misrepresented the item in the description and the item is returned to me in the same condition. This does not include "buyers remorse", so please make sure you want it before you make the purchase. Buyer pays all return shipping charges and insurance, as well as exchange shipping and insurance charges. As I will have confirmed with you before beginning the plate the spelling, data and personalization choices, I will not be able to accept an exchange for errors that are made from the information that was given to me. You must contact me before any returns will be authorized. Thank you.
