Oh Nancy,

I received the plates last evening.  I am soooooooo happy that I cannot even find the right words to thank you.  I absolutely love them!!!!!  Your work is beautiful!!!!!!!!!  I can't believe how much better they are in person than the picture.  Yeah, the picture looks good, but these baby plates are awesome.  As far as "when" my girls get them..... if my girls don't make it to my house for Christmas (just because the bad weather) would be the only reason they wouldn't have them in time.  I am not chancing sending these gorgeous plates any further.  I will send them each a picture..... ha ha ha.  It's ok.... don't feel bad at all.  I was just worried that I'd have nothing.  A picture of them personalized with each of their children's names etc on them will get them to see me even quicker.... heee heee.  This is the nicest gift I believe that I have ever given them.  If you have business cards, could you please send me some?  I'm sure that they will bring you future business as more people see them!  Hope getting the weight on the butt wasn't too much of a pain.  When I showed them to my family, they especially loved that feature :)  I could write on and on about the fine quality.  Nancy, you are definitely a talented woman!!!!  Thanks a million.  You really need to get your advertising up on this.  Feel free to display what you have done for my daughters :)

You can use this letter as a testimonial as well.  Everyone should know/see the beautiful work you do!!  Merry Christmas to you and yours.  I am sure I will be a return customer!!!!  I do hope to have future grandkids.  Do you do bronzing?.... ha ha ha.... I now think of you as the master of all when it comes to the craftiness of your talents.
